@edfenergy @BritishGas The contractor hasn’t shown up for over 2 days, we have asked for another one to be appointed, we have called EDF about 10 rimes and currently on hold again now as still no update. No one is taking charge of this & we have freezing cold tenants, so upset with this service 😭
