Had the pleasure of being a panellist at #aelpofsted24 today. Great day and opportunity to meet providers from across the sector

[AELP @AELPUK]

That's a wrap for AELP's A Day With Ofsted. It's been another illuminating day, busy with ideas and advice. Thanks to everyone who joined us, and thanks to @wearebud for sponsoring the event. @Ofstednews

There've only been 2 ITPs graded OUTSTANDING by Ofsted for adult education this AY - both part of LCG.
And since the intro of the EIF in 2019, only 8 OUTSTANDING grades have been given for AE- LCG has 4 of these.
Making LCG the best provider of adult provision nationally!

A training provider that teaches a range of lower-level online courses to over 350 adults, mostly from disadvantaged backgrounds, has been rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted https://t.co/8WXEsxSHSo

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

Great to have been a part of the @AELPUK #aelpOFSTED day hearing some really useful reflections from other providers in the sector and reflecting on @_LearningCurve’s experience of inspection.

[AELP @AELPUK]

Provider showcase now starting at #aelpOfsted - fantastic range of speakers covering a range of provider types including hearing from representatives from employer-providers, an HEI delivering level 6 and level 7 apprenticeships, new and existing providers ... #ProviderShowcase

[AELP @AELPUK]

Good morning everyone. We can’t wait to see you all at A Day with Ofsted today! #aelpOFSTED

[Leo Devine @LeoDevine]

At a wedding in Cumbria caught up in a flood. I ended up shooting and editing a film for @BBCNWT on my iPhone, including an interview with the bride. Still can’t resist a story after 36 years @marjonuni

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

My brother @TButty captured this wonderful moment last night… what an amazing man completing yesterday’s Mamchester marathon. Excellent cheering on from out little nephew too!

[Tom Butt @TButty]

Anyone know who this fella is? Just happened across him, the last person on the ⁦@Marathon_Mcr⁩ course. Full firefighter kit and doing amazingly. Would love to chuck a few quid into his charity pot if we can find him.

Really honored to have been part of the important discussion of upskilling for digital teaching, giving the FE perspective. Pleasure working with @VikkiLiogier @CreativeThynne @CeciliaGoria @a_e_mitchell #EdTechUpdate21 #FE

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

Looking forward to seeing all of the incredible speakers at today’s #EdTechUpdate21 but most of all our very own @DannyRimmer85

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

@draperel @EnglishFE3 Totally agree, I am a teacher... I don’t ‘lecture’

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

Some great input on closing the digital social divide @helenmilner from the @goodthingsfdn...love Mabel's story, digital can really lift us up! #EdTechSummit20

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

Also my nephew.... he’s a wise fella!!

[Liam Thorp @LiamThorpECHO]

Just in from my two-year-old nephew Felix

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

.. It wouldn’t be good enough, they would be required to show impact not mention how hard they work.. they would be reminded that they have had time to fix this and ‘test’ their processes.... but seemingly as PM such rules don’t apply #alevels2020

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

In reference to the Alevel results debacle Boris Johnson has just made the statement “The whole of government has been working hard and continues to work hard’ imagine a similar discourse from a teacher or leader during inspection?

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

First day ‘back’ after the Break, feeling so proud of the @wvrcollege staff who pulled out some incredible work in a short space of time! What does the rest of the #FE world see Term 3 looking like? (Don’t be fooled by serenity, small child began moaning for snacks immediately)

[RachelButt @RachelButt11]

@draperel @wvrcollege We are missing you already @draperel what an inspiration you have been

[Sue Keenan @SueKeenanQTLA]

Really interesting training on teaching and learning this morning @MyerscoughColl from @JoanneMiles2 all part of our @E_T_Foundation #OTLA project with @wvrcollege and Novus @RachelButt11
