@ShivaniM_KC Absolutely, I recognise it, it concerns me (I have T1DM too so get to see both sides!).
I think people with DM benefit from MDT care when it is done well but I will never advocate for care without a doctor - doctors are fundamental to DM care -always will be (in my humble view!)

I apologise, I'm not trying to belittle valid medical concerns, there have been some posts about specialists & international colleagues though that have been worrying... I asked people I respect, what this future they are all planning/discussing actually means?
