Recently, the @claudeai community hosted its Impact Lab in Orange County, bringing together builders to tackle real world challenges surrounding homelessness in California.

In collaboration with Illumination Health + Home (IHH), teams spent the day building with Claude, exploring solutions to improve healthcare referrals, access to community resources, and AI adoption for frontline workers.

Huge thanks to @claudeai ambassador @travcjohnson for organizing, as well as Mike Brown, Bethany, Aram, Ben, @adrianrobison, @EvoNexus, the IHH team, and everyone who helped bring this event to life!

Grateful to have been there with @HumanLayerMedia capturing the people, stories, and creativity behind it all.

one of my biggest pieces of advice for founders: learn to collect data instead of looking at failure with regret.

> try things
> see what works
> pay attention to what doesn’t
> adjust + iterate
> repeat

every failed attempt teaches you something and gets you closer to what works.

life is a series of experiments anyway. have fun with it.

on the marketing side I’d also add that IRL events are also great for lead gen + relationship building.

when I worked in roles doing BD / events, I’d consistently walk away with tons of new leads, prospects and meaningful connections.

imo with the rise of AI, having a healthy mix of digital marketing and a presence doing in-person events is more important than ever
