We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are experiencing issues with their 3G/4G/5G services.
We are investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.
Is anyone else with @BritishGas and just having constant issues with them? They keep changing my monthly payments, which I am more than happy to comply with but then out of the blue have just cancelled my direct debit for no reason.
Sky mobile down yet again. Are we going to get any compensation for this?Multiple times in the past few months and nothing is getting better @SkyHelpTeam
Anybody else having constant issues with @vinted? My parcels haven’t moved in over a week and they want me to wait another 12 working days before they can do anything about it.
@InPostUK I have 3 parcels that haven’t moved in over a week, I need this resolved ASAP! Absolute joke of a company. Don’t get any replies via email and no one answers the phone
Booked with @OntheBeachUK for our package holiday to Turkey in October. Checked my return flight on the airlines website to see it actually doesn’t exist! Confirmed with airline. Can’t get a hold of anyone at On the Beach for help.
