@Menducha1 @RevoGangSta777 You don't understand how the ID theft works, in SA most babies are allocated 🆔 numbers as soon as they are born (in hospitals). DHA officials sell those 🆔 numbers to foreigners & when the original owner turns 16, age to get ID is when the theft is "discovered"
