@WelshGovernment Yes you are correct about being 20mph near schools, hospitals and certain built up areas but not all.
Plus I thought you were all for saving the environment but you are not because if you were you would know that by doing 20mph all vehicles are in a much lower gears

@griseldamussett Also In April they are putting the car tax up for petrol and diesel cars to get them off the road. Which I think is disgusting!!
