@management72617 I have but they are refusing to provide an escalation procedure . I have done everything they have said and have got nowhere. So I want a way to escalate . Thank you

Are you aware the accessibility team at Virgin Atlantic UK are ignoring complaints . They won’t tell us what reasonable adjustments they will make . There is no way to raise it above there head . It needs to be anticipatory not reactive !

Nobody will give me the formal complaints email for pre departure so I am stuck being ignored by the team that I want to complain about .

@MCG It isn’t going to clear is it !! It’s not a band of rain . A band comes and goes in half an hour . This will create a nightmare for travelers , travelling in thunder . Are you refunding for those who don’t set off ?
