@LNER good morning , we booked four first class tickets from York to London this morning and reserved seats together. When we have got on the train, our seats just don’t exist and we have not been able to sit . This is not acceptable. What compensation should we expect please?

@nationalrailenq I’m on the phone to national rail enquiries at the moment and he has confirmed there are no east midland railway trains from St Pancras to Sheffield tomorrow !!! Only Monday morning!

@nationalrailenq So I have to pay to get to Manchester where I can then use my ticket to get to York on transpennine? That’s crazy! What other route can I use? I can’t see any other option! Can I get a taxi home and claim it back?

@networkrail will trains be running from London King’s Cross on Sunday 10th ? We are stranded in London overnight tonight and need to get home to York as soon as possible

@ArgosHelpers I am not happy at all. I ordered an air fryer two days ago and was due to collect it this morning after 8am. I have now received an email stating my order is cancelled due to a problem , no explanation….. and now I have to wait up to 30 days for a refund!!
