https://t.co/huGcdkxRei NELA shows frailty assoc’d with worse outcome (not new/surprising) but geriatric medicine input reduces mortality (5.9v9.5% in non-frail, 13v22% in frail). But isn’t routine practice! Lots to unpick but chat to @NHSiNet if you want to establish POPS
