@lucypgeridoc@nickscr1 Agree. Guidelines are simply that, guidelines, not rules to blindly follow without clinical oversight. At times the evidence base or the scope of the guidelines will result in recommendations that are limited. Also guidelines tend to be disease specific rather than holistic
