@BootsHelp If I could screenshot the discount code or offer then I wouldn’t need to ask you for the discount code … 😅🥴 the code only showed on the notification, when I clicked on it the discount code no longer shows. Only the 20% off beauty. But discount had a 25% code

@StenaLineUKIE we amended a booking yesterday and paid the £6 with points. Today we’ve changed the booking again which is £6 less. However when I’ve clicked confirm I spotted that refund is not possible on the booking. Please can you help me get the £6 of points back?

@HelloFreshUK I signed up for Amazon prime free deliveries, and I’ve now continually been charged week on week for delivery. I’ve activated the Amazon several times but I still keep getting charged!! Can I be refunded for my deliveries??

@Halfords_uk hi! Bought a new front lightbulb 26.02, and had it fitted in store by one of the technicians.
Today (17.03), the same light has gone out in the car. It’s only been in for ~3 weeks, so shouldn’t have blown again.
Didn’t take receipt (as it was fitted), what can I do?

@BootsHelp I paid £3.95 for named day delivery on 24/07/23 for a large item as we’re away… just got a text from Royal Mail to say it’s due to be delivered today (22/07/23).
