@TrialNz Iβm not sure if I dread the anchor drop more or the wide gate hard restrain back to clear last right out of the gates, but I know I hate them both. At least the restrain is an overreaction to bad situation, whereas the drop is often just freely giving away a positive position.
@TRGMikeWood Because NZ fillies often come to Sydney off the back of long campaigns building towards the Oaks from spring and through summer, my impression has been they run better at their first Aussie run and can often trail off from there in terms of ratings.
@EthanOnTrack I actually backed at different pair at the same odds in both races-R2 I went with Pure Bars who was big in a similar race last start after doing some work mid race. In the Oaks I backed Fly Zenno as she looks very dour and the step up to 2400m may offset the class edge favs have
@TTaylorTAB The steam this bandwagon is picking up Iβm expecting Maoate to rip his shirt off on the show tomorrow to reveal a chest tattoo of the horse
@TrialNz Well called. Very interesting and key decision early when Doyle could have restrained to the rail yet he preferred to have it three wide and striding.
@GuerinSports Basketball, Tennis and Table Tennis too huh. Right now someone is probably setting up a professional-looking Table Tennis league in their garage to cash in on this.
