@touchtheworld6 @DailyMail @Miss_ml_123 I disagree. I've come back from both Warsaw and Hamburg in the last few weeks, neither of which I'd consider 'bucket and spade' or 'main city break' destinations any more so than Barcelona and had to queue for over an hour on exit at both.

@weyland76 @coopuk They are back in stores from today (delivered into my store this morning having not had any for a couple of weeks). Production was paused to ensure they would have stock to cover Easter weekend.

@GWRHelp Hi, I'm trying to use my free standard return ticket from my silver rewards and I keep getting an error message that the code and pin combination are invalid but I've copied and pasted them from the rewards. Have tried both the website and the app. Any advise please?

@GWRHelp Hi, I'm travelling from Newton Abbot to Poole this weekend, a lot of which is on GWR services. However this journey is not available to book direct with yourselves via the app, so essentially not valid for membership points. Is there anything that can be done about this?

@GWRHelp Thats such a shame as it really limits services. The GWR app also doesn't show any options for connections between these services at EXD and only shows the CrossCountry services. I'm not sure if that's something you'd want looked into as your probably losing custom. Thanks!

@SW_Help are there engineering works on the EXD - WAT line the week commencing 6th Oct? The usual service is planned to take an hour longer and is only running direct every other hour? Thanks!
