@JetBlue On hold 1hr 45min & counting. I have see patients now and must hang up. So frustrating. I really appreciate that this was a free offer, but it doesn't feel like a real "award" when you can't actually redeem it. #JetBlueHealthcareHero Very disappointing.

@JetBlue Your email lists a totally different number. SIGH. Now, this number says you're only open Mon-Fri, 9a-5p Mountain time? I appreciate the offer of a free trip, but it seems disingenuous that it's so difficult to redeem.

@lizrosaa@JetBlue I'm having an impossible time actually trying to redeem these tickets as well! I've spent 4+ hours so far, and can't talk to a live human. I just wasted 32 minutes on hold only to have the call dropped. I am starting to think #JetBlueHealthcareHero was too good to be true.
@ashleykaise I haven't touched restaurant food in any form since early March, and don't plan to for a good, long while. I miss deep fried everything so much, but the risk makes me too anxious.
@GeronimoGTFU @andrewschulz Actually, he's not. He stole this content from @reneeisthicc, refused to credit her fairly, and then his fan base attacked her and she deactivated her account, which is part of her revenue stream. He and his fans have stolen the livelihood of this beautiful woman.
