I placed an order on Zepto for cookies and other items. The cookies were consumed and tasted extremely bad. On checking the packaging afterwards, we were shocked to find that both packets of cookies were expired.

@zeptocares I need accountability! @zeptocares has informed me that the amount will be refunded, but that does not address the actual issue. I need an explanation as to how expired food products were delivered in the first place.

We immediately escalated the matter to Zepto, but the response so far has been extremely disappointing. There has been no accountability from Zepto regarding the sale and delivery of expired food products. This is a serious food-safety issue.

It feels so good to have written down these experiences, that today I can still relive those experiences through these written notes. I could feel the innocence of a girl who has just entered her college life and is new to ABVP.
We've all come a long way since then . 🙂

Going down the memory lane.
While scrolling through my phone notes this morning, I came across a note which I had written in 2018 during my initial days in ABVP.
