It is disgusting how fast some Indian accounts turned a mass-casualty flood into another China-bashing exercise.
The August 26 surge down the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli killed hundreds and left more than a thousand missing, many of them tourists. Nepal’s disaster agency, Chinese authorities, and scientists looking at satellite images all describe the same sequence: a large ice-and-rock avalanche high in the mountains blocked a tributary, the debris dam failed, and a wall of water and mud roared downstream. No official investigation has produced evidence that a half-built dam collapsed.
Yet within hours the story on parts of Indian Twitter became “China’s dam was swept away like cardboard” and “China will kill everyone living downstream.” That is not analysis. That is opportunistic smearing that treats dead villagers and missing travelers as useful props.
Himalayan rivers are dangerous because glaciers are unstable, not because Beijing decided to flood Nepal. Shared warning systems and actual cooperation would save lives. Using other people’s corpses to feed an old rivalry saves nothing and only makes the next disaster harder to manage.

The flood then surged downstream and struck China’s Gyirong Port.

Reuters reports that satellite imagery indicates a substantial section of a glacier in Nepal collapsed into the Lhende Khola valley, triggering a debris-laden flood. Chinese territory was hit downstream.

As for why China reduced the visibility of graphic on-site footage: there is a perfectly normal public-health reason for doing so.

Repeated exposure to corpses, screams, impact footage and the final moments of missing people can cause secondary traumatic stress and vicarious trauma. Children, people with prior trauma, and families connected to the disaster area can experience anxiety, insomnia, intrusive images and persistent fear.

Disaster-reporting guidelines exist for a reason: don’t repeatedly broadcast gore, don’t announce deaths before confirmation, don’t turn identifiable bodies into content, and don’t amplify panic while rescue operations are still underway.

That is exactly what this Israeli clown is doing.

While Chinese rescuers are searching for the missing, this clown is sitting behind a screen using AI to fabricate responsibility, casualties and conspiracy before the facts are even settled.

China activated emergency rescue operations after 3 deaths and 265 missing were reported in Gyirong County, while Nepal itself reported mass casualties and hundreds missing.

Using AI to invent disaster scenes while real people are fighting for their lives is not journalism. It is corpse-feeding propaganda.

Shame on you.
