I am here on MultiversX, because I believe in the mission, and the mission is bigger, I also see this as maybe the only place where I can contribute the most with my technical knowledge to the advancement of the world. I see the ethics and why are we doing it.

I am here to build a system for a better world. To decentralise the world more, to put as much as possible on the chain where people can enjoy their freedom.

Would a better price help? Definitely, as we could scale more, expand faster, get everywhere in the world and people could switch from fiat and banks to crypto.

For real ownership, for real freedom to transact, public institutions putting all information on chain, governments making their spendings through DAOs.

Yes, big and loft dreams, but this is why I am here and building. Most of CT is about price going up, about stablecoins taking over crypto, about making 100x on 15 minutes.

Decentralisation, privacy, freedom are God given rights, we just need to fight for it, with all our knowledge and to build what is right.

Liquid Staking - if well made, are not considered securities. That is an awesome news.

Technically speaking, Liquid Staking tokens on the MultiversX ecosystem, are the most decentralised, are the most evolved. One LS token is not linked only to one staking provider.

The only place where the liquid staking system actually creates more decentralisation and helps all the staking providers, smalls and big ones as well.

@HatomProtocol @XoxnoNetwork and @liquid_egld are 3 of the liquid staking solutions on the chain for now. With >100 staking providers receiving delegations through liquid staking. That is unheard in any other ecosystem.

Guvernul Bolojan vrea să taxeze mai mult profitul din criptomonede.

Acesta este un mesaj pentru Guvernul Bolojan:

Dacă o să măriți taxele pe criptomonede, majoritatea românilor își vor retrage profiturile în afara țării, în regiuni precum Dubai, Portugalia, Germania, Elveția, Malta, Monaco, Andorra, Hong Kong etc. Astfel, banii proveniți din veniturile din criptomonede nu doar că nu vor mai intra în bugetul statului, dar vor scădea și mai mult. În loc să avem mai mulți bani la buget, vom avea și mai puțini.

Vreau să propun un set de 11 măsuri care ar ajuta bugetul statului prin colectarea de taxe din tranzacțiile cu criptomonede și ar atrage business din această zonă, care ulterior va contribui suplimentar la buget:

1. Se propune adoptarea unei legislații clare, dedicate criptomonedelor și token-urilor, aliniată la regulamentul european MiCA. Cadrul legal trebuie să fie transparent, previzibil și aplicabil cu ușurință de către contribuabili și administrație.

2. Un element-cheie este introducerea unei fiscalități reduse și stimulative: un impozit de 5-7% aplicat direct câștigurilor din crypto, fără birocrație excesivă.

3.Pentru cei care păstrează activele cel puțin doi ani fără a le vinde, impozitul scade la doar 2%, încurajând astfel investițiile responsabile și pe termen lung. (ceva similar cu Germania)

4. Pentru a combate evaziunea, se propune introducerea de sancțiuni ferme: penalități de până la 50% din profitul nedeclarat și, în cazuri repetate, interdicție temporară la desfășurarea de activități financiare.

5. Un coordonator guvernamental, de tip „CryptoCzar”, ar putea asigura coerența politicilor naționale și ar facilita dialogul constant între stat, BNR, ANAF, ASF și industria crypto românească.

6. Băncile comerciale trebuie obligate să nu refuze sau închidă conturile clienților implicați legal în crypto, sub sancțiunea unor penalități aplicabile în cazul discriminării nejustificate.

7. Transformarea digitală a administrației publice poate fi accelerată prin blockchain: cadastrul, diplomele, contractele și arhivele pot fi stocate transparent și permanent. Se poate pilota chiar un sistem de vot electronic, sigur și verificabil, prin tehnologie blockchain.

8. Pentru a integra crypto în sistemul public, cetățenii ar trebui să aibă opțiunea de a plăti taxe locale, amenzi sau donații către instituții de stat în Bitcoin sau alte monede digitale, printr-o platformă oficială. În paralel, marile companii din industria crypto ar putea fi atrase în România printr-un cadru fiscal predictibil și reglementări clare, generând locuri de muncă și venituri suplimentare.

9. România are și resurse energetice ieftine și nevalorificate. Zonele cu surplus de energie hidro, eoliană sau nucleară pot fi utilizate pentru a dezvolta centre de minare crypto, în parteneriat public-privat. Asta înseamnă bani la buget, dezvoltare locală și investiții în infrastructură IT.

10. Băncile de stat ar trebui să ofere servicii de custodie cripto pentru cetățeni și companii, într-un sistem reglementat și garantat similar celui pentru depozite bancare. Aceasta ar crește încrederea în sectorul financiar românesc și ar reduce tentația de a transfera capitalul în afara țării.

11. Se propune și crearea unui ETF național pe Bitcoin, tranzacționat la bursă și supravegheat de ASF, care să permită expunere reglementată și sigură pentru investitorii retail români. Statul poate merge mai departe și cu un fond suveran de Bitcoin, constituit din venituri din minare, dividende ale companiilor de stat și obligațiuni tokenizate vândute investitorilor privați.

Toate aceste măsuri pot fi implementate treptat, în regiuni pilot, și extinse ulterior la nivel național în funcție de rezultate. Monitorizarea permanentă și ajustarea dinamică a regulilor sunt esențiale.

Daca ai ajuns pana aici as aprecia un like si distribuire sa ajunga pana la guvernul Romaniei.

Last year, I convinced a VC to invest $1.2M in $EGLD at $25.
They doubled their money at $52 and left.
That was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made for the ecosystem.

I've been in this space since 2021. Like @beniaminmincu and @luciantodea before launching Elrond, I spent time analyzing the blockchain space deeply. I wasn't here to speculate—I came to build and improve the ecosystem.

The same thing kept happening: Almost every feature we needed for our builds was already there. Built. Waiting to be used.

MultiversX is far beyond what people understand.
Smart contract capabilities? Nearly limitless. Cost-effective and battle-tested. The sharding design? Brilliant. The infrastructure, nodes, entire architecture—absolutely fabulous. The documentation? Surprisingly complete if you actually read it.

I've attended 100+ conferences, met devs and VCs worldwide. I've listened, compared, debated. No one has convinced me there's a better blockchain than MultiversX. Faster? Cheaper? More scalable? With real features and clear architecture? Not even close.

The community? Exceptional. When we launched Ofero and hit an unexpected cache issue—something impossible to test properly on devnet—within minutes I was in a WhatsApp group with 3 core team members. Issue solved, live. That response level gives you more power in this ecosystem than you'd expect.

Price doesn't scare me. All this experience with MultiversX's tech makes me immune to negative price shilling. I've seen what this tech can do.

But that VC story? Pure mistake. Was that "helping" the ecosystem? Hell no. Probably the dumbest thing I could've done for @MultiversX. Next time I'll point them to a competitor, buy before them, and sell at 1.9X. 😂

The blockchain's job is offering the rails. Adoption is up to the projects. Beniamin can't create @xPortalApp wallets for people in Germany, Switzerland, France, or Romania.

But we can. @oferonetwork can.

We've been building for 3+ years. No external funds. No #MultiversX money. No @elonmusk. No @realDonaldTrump. No #Satoshi.

Just real people, real work, and real skin in the game.

If your project is good — build.

Invest your own money. Fail in front of your community if it happens. But if you succeed, it's all worth it.
