I can’t tell people to avoid @AerLingus enough. They lost our luggage 3 days ago and refuses to help. It’s rare as a travel agent I dissuade clients from not using specific providers but avoid this airline at all costs - customer service is horrible, zero help.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Allie at the @Starbucks in Bloomfield Hills/Troy on Telegraph Rd (Store # D220 maybe?) for being so sweet to a customer in need.

Allie came from behind the counter to walk this older gentleman to a chair and give him water when he didn’t feel good.
