If you own a home with a mortgage, esp you young hard pressed first home buyers, then under hard left Identarian - men with penises and mental disorders in your daughter’s safe spaces - communist @top_nz on top of your interest payments you’ll be paying a 1.7% land value tax - calculate that on your home - plus they will bust the housing market so many of you will become utterly trapped in your home on negative equity, no moving on and trading up to a better home or family home. As well some or many of you will need to take in your parents as they will have no income to pay their LVT, no way into a retirement village as they have to cover what will be huge LVTs, and worse, it costs well over $100k pa now when granny needs to go into care, including the growing numbers in dementia care units, so imagine the blowout cost of care for care homes to cover their LVT - unless they move entirely to nursing slave labour from Asia (imagine the state of care then).

TOP will euthanise our economy.

So, why would any home owner, or sane person, vote @OpportunityNZ TOP? I’m fascinated to know.
