@asfand It’s like..You can condition yourself a loop of instant gratification with it. So then when it gets too painful to exist you just have some coffee and for a minute be distracted from the fact that our existence is a big cosmic joke :)

The most beautiful thing I’ve discovered of late is how to desire something without an outcome. The feeling is so beautiful and light. And spacious and all encompassing. Feeling a lot of love for this moment. Almost a bit paradoxical because just experienced a v difficult week.
