Aseem and Adalah have written to the Election Commission of India and Telangana Chief Electoral Officer, urging that voter enumeration forms for the upcoming SIR exercise be made available in English, Telugu and Urdu. The organisations said limiting forms to Telugu could create difficulties for many voters, especially in Hyderabad, and stressed that multilingual forms would help ensure wider participation and prevent errors in the voter revision process.
