Bengaluru has already become a congested city. Why don't you consider Raipur, Indore, Nagpur,Jaipur and Surat. India needs decentralisation of growth. It will resolve traffic, housing, cost of living etc.

Instead of distributing freebies, the Indian government should develop a start up park where an office and utilities should be provided free for certain years as to make them competitive and put conditions for them to give employment for fresher also

My Take- While necessary freebies/yojanas pour in for the below poverty line -Huge subsidies/waivers & Tax cuts benefit the ultra-rich, its the middle class remains the highest tax paying group with very little Direct benefit from Govt. :(
