The truth nobody wants to admit anymore:
Web3 didn’t lose money first, it lost trust.

2025 became the year community effort turned into exit liquidity.
People spent months creating content, onboarding users, defending projects and showing loyalty but most teams gave nothing back. No fair drops, no real rewards only promises that disappeared once the hype died.

Some projects didn’t even try to hide it. They launched fast, pumped fast and vanished even faster.
Founders walked away rich while the community was left holding tokens that became worthless overnight.

@Aptos and @SuiNetwork were the rare ones that treated their people with respect but they were exceptions in a year full of extraction.
Everywhere else, the community became free marketing while insiders cashed out quietly.

People are tired now. Not tired of grinding but tired of believing.
Tired of supporting teams that treat loyalty like fuel and users like disposable numbers.

2026 needs to be different.
Not with bigger promises but with real delivery, transparency and long term thinking.
Until then, the grind continues not out of blind faith but out of strategy. Because in this space survival is the first step to freedom.

The lesson from 2025 is simple:
Trust carefully, question everything and never let your effort be someone else’s exit.
