@ProfRanter @IndiaNewGen bump up your emi by 10% every year to pay off in 11 years. if interest rates come down by 1% it will finish off in 10 years. Income in IT grows well comparatively. IT employees make 3lkhs an year as a fresher and can easily make 30lks by end of 10 years experience.

Do we have enough infrastructure to support more population? Will youth get more revenue sources to support their family? Probably, the government should provide these and then question on fertility.
