Complaint raised but closed without resolution. Very poor service. Worst customers service.

Calling it “out of warranty” doesn’t solve a clear manufacturing defect.

A smartwatch dying in just 2 years due to a likely manufacturing defect is unacceptable. Middle-class customers can’t afford to pay again for company faults. Please do what’s right — repair or replace it. 🙏
