Hi @makemytripcare I had a MakeMyTrip support representative cancel my ticket and they had initiated a request to refund my money. But I got a message stating my support request has been closed. The refund has not yet been initiated. I will be going to the consumer court .

The customer support service from @makemytrip is worst. They believe that just providing the MyTrips Self Help option can solve all the problems.
I need to cancel due to ongoing middle East war and i have raised multiple queries . There is no response from them over mail yet.

Hi @makemytrip @makemytripcare As per the latest travel advisory issued by @qatarairways @qrsupport . I need help here to cancel my flight . I have repeatedly messaged you but so far no reply .Please help
