He told us that it’s been hailing, so I asked him what reports he was looking at. It was an email from a supervisor that warned employees of POSSIBLE hail and rain, and yet it didn’t even rain when we had the car. Now my wife and I have to waste time fighting this claim. Thanks

What are y’all training your employees to do @Alamo? We returned a car after a ONE DAY rental in the Colorado Springs area and told that it had hail damage we will have to fix. We pulled up hail reports and it hasn’t hailed since august 5th. He’s still reporting it….

@MJBurroughs I’ll bet someone made that paint and this guy downloaded it without seeing that. I’ve seen that mistake happen a few times where they won’t show the back wing on the previews, and nobody will say anything during the race.

@iRacing how can y’all fix the incident issues, I barely get tapped and it’s a 4x, but I slam a wall and it’s a 2x. I love short track racing but a lot of the experience is bumping and rubbing. Makes it miserable.
