i feel smartness is an illusion that prevents people from taking imperfect action.
100 imperfect actions > 1 perfect step
was talking to a friend and collectively we agree that the best thing to do in life is to "stay hungry and stay foolish" what steve jobs said
the point of life is what you want the point of life to be.
for me : i've realised this year that money is a finite goal but the most important part is people and experiences
and creating meaningful experiences for myself and people around me who i love.
I am going to document how I will be growing @HivekindAI in the next 90 days. Going on a 90 day sprint to showcase workflows, use-cases and some cool ways b2b companies can use the platform as an intelligence layer and to create pipeline for their business
And one of my hypothesis that I think is going to crush it is an intelligence layer X humanised personalised content
Just like how the meta of launch videos is taking off, the next meta is going to be that.
And I’m going to prove that hypothesis or die trying
If I structurally co-relate thoughts and tactics into my own playbooks, and just execute in a step by step repeatable methodology, I will seek more clarity and prove my hypothesis.
Some notes to self
Here is a step-by-step playbook I have created for @HivekindAI to scale it to the next 100 users.
1) mapping out the total market of b2b buyers using the ICP rubrics setup on hivekind
2) find out the top 10 in-market accounts daily and create a 2-3 min pitch videos posting publicly for those in-market accounts for us (raw, unpolished versions)
3) build an intelligence layer for those top 10 accounts using hivekind ( fit accounts X signals X messaging using context library setup for those accounts X who can intro to those accounts X outreach
more of the intelligence layer in a separate piece
4) reach out to those top 10 accounts using hivekind daily
5) map out top workflows of hivekind using our platform and an intersection of claude mcp and create a use case video weekly and how can agents directly use hivekind
6) use llms to create use-case videos for hk (once weekly/ bi-weekly)
7) for the workflow videos map out what accounts fit in using the rubrics already set up for us and reach out to them
8) keep doing this for 90 days straight
9) use RB2B to figure which accounts are visiting on our site
10) create more content for folks already interested in our offer (eg visited our site, checked out personalised landing page)
11) rinse and repeat and publish workflow videos as blogs
12) get demos booked with our dream companies proving the thesis
basically the classic playbook of growing hk using hk.
Keep me accountable- going to do all of this in public and will post all the results.

and we did it again 🤷🏻♀️💁🏻♀️
hosted another work-from-cafe session today and it was SO MUCH FUN.
meeting new people, working alongside each other, discovering what everyone's building, exchanging ideas and having conversations that go way beyond work 🫶🏼
thank you to everyone who showed up and made today what it was!!

sharing some snaps from today's session ✨
Your ICP lives in a slide deck.
Your signals live in a feed nobody reads.
Your CRM lives in a tab you avoid opening.
Hivekind MCP puts all of it inside your favourite AI tool
10 things you can do with it:
Okay, a little story time.
Almost two years ago, @RajeshOnGTM , @VardanAgarwal98 and I took a workcation to Pondicherry. Somewhere between working from cafés, having long conversations, and trying to figure out what we wanted to build, @usepitchgod was born.
Since then, we’ve gone through plenty of challenges, made mistakes, changed direction, and learned a lot. The GTM space has also evolved massively during that time.
When we started, AI was mostly being used to help with individual tasks. Today, agents are beginning to control and orchestrate entire GTM workflows.
While we were figuring all of this out, we published a video about what we were building. @rajmatazz happened to see it and reached out to me here on X.
Within a few conversations, we realised that we were trying to solve the same problem and shared the same vision. It genuinely felt like a match made in heaven.
We decided to collaborate, and that eventually led to PitchGod being acquired by @HivekindAI .
Today, we’re focused on the same problem, but at a much bigger scale.
How do we make GTM easier? How do we empower everyone, from solo founders to large enterprises, to reach the right customers at the right time and in the most effective way possible?
Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to run pilots with some incredible companies and learn closely from their GTM and SDR teams. It gave me a much deeper understanding of how these teams work, what slows them down, and what they actually need from AI.
We’re committed to building this and helping founders and businesses make sure that the products they create reach the people who genuinely need them.
What started during a workcation in Pondicherry has now become something much bigger than we initially imagined.
And the craziest part is that none of this might have happened if we hadn’t posted that one video on X.
It still feels like we’re only getting started.
Some personal news!
Out startup Pitchgod is getting aquihired by @HivekindAI and I’m going full on founder mode with Hivekind to build the best GTM OS out there
