Indian Economy can't move an inch without PSBs : for that they don't want to keep Bankers out of sight. But Bankers assured to work daily 40 mnts more in lieu of 2 more Saturdays off. Even then what's the problem ? Make it clear to common bankers.

Every January, like clockwork,

➡️ Fresh strike notice
➡️ Big words
➡️ Bigger signatures

Then what?
📌 Entire year goes in:
Meetings once in two months
“CLCs in progress”
Circulars on deferring, reviewing, reconsidering
And endless explanations why strike is not the right time Come next January
🎭 Same drama, new circular, same promises

Dear Leaders, an honest question:
Whom are you fooling now?
Members — or yourselves?
If strikes are only annual rituals,
and struggles are seasonal announcements,then don’t call it a movement.
Call it calendar management.

Unity is not in notices.
Struggle is not in signatures.
Credibility is built between January and December, not recycled every January.

✍️ Officers are watching.
Memory is longer than circular numbers.
