What is the purpose of using the ₹Rupay Credit Cards⁉️ Still merchants are charging processing fees ‼️I paid ₹1302/- to Bajaj Service center through mu Rupay card via scanner by paytm yesterday.. This morning they are calling me to pay the service charges‼️What is the use⁉️

Govt already roped consultant Balaji Rail from CMRL to see the feasibility, but not to Trichy. Only upti Villupuram ‼️Villupuram is not an viable option☝🏽Extending upto Trichy in cord line is more viable.
