Since Monday night I was out of delhi .For association works I was in prayagraj and varansi and came back to Delhi this morning to participate rally / demonstration on strike day only to be told that ufbu could not get permission from Delhi police to hold rally / demonstration due to BRICS summit.
They did not allowed this even in dwarka where PNB HO is .very bad on part of delhi police but ufbu delhi should have gone ahead with demonstration even without police permission in dwarka .
Feeling disappointed .
