In our #UGC matter, Supreme Court has heard all of us today & arguments are concluded.

We will submit our final written submissions in 3-Days & thereafter Final Order will be passed by SC.

After today’s hearing, I believe that students will get Justice.

UGC has just now filed its Affidavit in our SC Petition.

MHA has not yet filed its Response.

During last hearing, I had pointed out that UGC Guidelines of 6 July & MHA Unlock-3 Guidelines are contrary to each other.

But both UGC & MHA have not responded to this point till now!

-I was explaining the illegality of UGC decision to conduct exams

-But SG sought time to File Reply

-Thus Hon’ble SC adjourned UGC case to 14 August for final hearing

એવું ભારત ના ઇતિહાસ માં કોઈ દિવસ નહીં બન્યું હોય કે exam માં મેરીટ માં આવેલ હોય અને તેને કોઈ પણ પ્રકાર ની નોટિસ કે જાણ કર્યા વગર મેરીટ લિસ્ટ માંથી કાઢી નાખવા માં આવે છે.આ તો લોકશાહી નું હનન કહેવાય.આવું ગુજરાત ના આદિવાસી ઓ સાથે થઇ રહ્યું છે.આજે આદિવાસી દિવસ છે એટલે આ લખવું પડે છે
