We've advocated for years about the need to increase green card numbers and eliminate #percountry limits. But we also need to make sure existing GC numbers aren't wasted. This year, we risk losing 100k numbers due to the challenge of processing that many applications in time.

Speedy issuances of green cards to avoid wastage and adjust status are essential items USCIS and the administration can do to alleviate the pain we endure for decades. Another one thing, kids age freeze the day of adjusting status or better i40 date.
