Proud of my son about to turn 18 for building Vyera — an AI co-founder helping founders with find-ability, marketing ,strategy, and execution.

Four questions that decide whether a deal is real.
Is there a deadline that exists without you
Is there a budget that exists without you
Is there a second person
Has anything been tried already
Two or fewer and it is not a deal yet.
The one person company is real and being described badly.
AI did not remove the work. It removed the tasks you could already describe precisely, and left the ambiguous ones where they were.
What changed is your excuse to hire before revenue.
The moment you must hire moved later. Most companies have not moved with it.
A wall of five star reviews reads as bought.
A four star review that explains a real limitation reads as true, and it sells better.
Buyers are not looking for perfect. They are looking for credible.
Ask the question that produces a name.
▸ Not "do you know anyone"
▸ "Who else has the problem you had six months ago"
The first asks for a favour. The second asks for a memory.
signals a feature should go, tier list
S tier
- nobody used it this quarter
- it's never come up in a sales call
A tier
- it breaks more than it works
F tier (keep)
- three customers rely on it entirely
A post that needs a click to be useful is an ad, and both the reader and the platform treat it as one.
Put the whole insight in the post. Make it worth reading by someone who will never click.
Link in the first reply, or not at all.
This drives more traffic, not less.
Answer the security questionnaire once, properly.
▸ Keep the answers in one document
▸ Update it when something changes
▸ Send it before it is requested
Deals stall in the gap between question and answer, not on the answer itself.
1st Founder spotlight ⚔️
I found Vyera through Rana (@RanaZAli), who shared what his son Daniyal (@daniyallranaa) is building.
I went through the public site and really like the ambition behind it.
Vyera (@askvyera) is an AI co-founder running 26+ specialist agents.
It watches competitors, SEO, AI visibility, socials, ads and positioning.
What stood out is that it doesn’t stop at dashboards or generic advice.
It turns changes into action plans, battle cards, content and ready-to-use fixes.
The competitor monitoring and head-to-head views look especially useful.
It also tracks how a brand appears across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and more.
Recommendations are designed to include evidence and cited sources. It feels like one command centre instead of another pile of disconnected AI tools.
I’d love to see Vyera in @FounderBattle - What should it face? https://t.co/ff6lPHMRJT
