@Fittrwithkj Unquestionably its single hand pull up (one hand is supporting your entire body weight), but it’s not a single arm pull up (both arms are flexing to pull your body up).
@AdamBLiv Serious question, isn’t one of the long term issues with STRC the fact it is a floating rate. As inflows increase, won’t it result in Strategy decreasing the rate payable. It’s 11% because it’s relatively low demand. High demand over time equals lower yield right?
@senatorbabet Arguably the bigger question is what do we think a reasonable budget is for Government to provide all the neccessary services we expect. Work backwards from that. Across all Government... maybe $1 trillion?
@TheAusInstitute Key phrase, which you actually mentioned...."the same average number of people per dwelling"... this has not been the case has it? Avg people per dwelling has significantly decreased. Far more than the delta between popn growth and dwelling growth.
