In first sentence, 'this' is subject. In second, 'this hospital' is the subject.

@CollinRugg Inability to dock is honestly the biggest issue. The first Ocean Liners had issues because they didnt have drydocks they could use. They literally had to drag them onto shore using huge chains in order to service....

How would they even finish outfitting without a dock?
