Best way to sell something - don't sell anything. Earn the awareness, respect, & trust of those who might buy.

@itsphilduggan Yes! We recorded it this summer 😊

Is AI visibility a waste of time?

1) fill out the 3-question quiz
2) describe your product + customer
3) Give a 👍or 👎 to the results (to let us know which segments seem legit)

We're hoping to launch this in a few weeks, but would love your early input! ❤️

@willcritchlow @retailgeek Your normally British demeanor went almost American there for a minute 🥰

[Will Critchlow @willcritchlow]

I think you can tell from my shocked expression that I did NOT already know the story @retailgeek told me about him getting stuck with Jeff Bezos on 9/11 when planes were grounded while they were in a conference room negotiating for Amazon to take over running the Target website.

This was just one of a few stories that had me pulling similar faces.

[Ramon Ray @ramonray]

His grandfather wasn't on my mind before our interview.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to interview @randfish about digital marketing and more for the Rundown with Ramon Business Podcast.

We started to briefly just catch up with each other, not as podcast guest and interviewer but as humans.

Rand mentioned that his grandfather, Seymour, who meant so much to Rand, passed away.

I asked Rand permission to start recording the GEM of who Seymor was and why he was so special.

Rand said

- Care about people
- Enjoy the simplicity of life
- Value people and relationships more than just quick transactions

So many interviews we do, dive right into BUSINESS and that's ok.

But sometimes you get to pause and dive deeper into the HUMAN CONNECTIONS behind someone.

Beyond their book, their professional accolades and who they are when the lights are on.

Check out this 5-minute real discussion, about Rand Fishkin's late grandfather.

NEW in @sparktorohq -- visitation by category, which means you can:
- see which categories of sites your audience visits most & least
- drill down into subcategories
- compare their usage to the avg (US, UK, or Canada)
- and just look at that sexy visual @caseyhen built🤩

[Rand Fishkin (follow @randderuiter on Threads) @randfish]

1) Connect @sparktoro to @claudeai
2) Run report analyzing the audience for an upcoming webinar
3) Get a great list of potential co-hosts... well, except for one weird option 🫠

Before you invest in a channel, be like Tracy. Do a little audience research. It's such an easy way to avoid wasting budget and effort.
