@QBCares I wouldn't call a few thousand Small and Mid Businesses "Some" Customers (these are just the reported outages mind you). I remember when our QBO was down for a week and the backup never worked nor did customer service do anything, so we manually got back up and running ¯\(ツ)/¯

@AJFCPATax @Intuit @mmburnside2000 they're saying there is a glitch and their system is down, I think what is more likely is they need to push yet again more UI changes or whatever it is we don't need at a seriously inconvenient time, rather than getting desktop functionality like they promised over 10 years ago.
