@TheRideshareGuy@worksolo So many factors go into this. If you deliver less your operating costs go down so a slightly lower income is probably break even. If you net the same money for doing less work you're doing better. Right?
@uber. I've present my concern at least for times at this point both here and in the app. I receive the EXACT same answers that don't address my issue. Yes, I know you'll reach out on the app. How about you just answer my fucking question???
@Uber When your drivers are penalized for canceling trips that are unsafe to pick up and you get put on infinite hold with driver support trying to correct it.
@Uber you say trips we cancel due to safety concerns don't affect our cancellation rate. I just canceled a ride because they wanted me to pick them up on the side of a busy interstate for unsafe to pick up. My cancellation rate increased and I lost my diamond pro status. WTF?
@uber. I just had a passenger try to get in the car with two small children, one an infant, with car seats. Even after waiting 7 minutes I am not given the option to charge a cancel fee if I choose no car seat as the reason. Why?
@dkhos I keep messaging support asking why @uber is skimming money off my instant payouts to the Uber card. I keep bring the typical non answers. Is Uber in such trouble you have to pull a Superman 3 trick in driver pay?
@lyft I will always cancel trips from methadone clinic with when the passenger has only C for a name. Stop sending me notices about acceptance rate when my safety doesn't matter.
