Why is it when in my Python code, I lower a number by 10%, then increase it by 10%, I get a smaller number? I think I did the math right.... Is Python bugged???

@yanneskii 40 hour work week was introduced by Henry Ford for the assembly line work in 1920’s to protect workers from being overworked. We now have productivity tools which have made us exponentially more productive, yet here we are 100 years later🤷🏽♂️. 40 hour week is obsolete.
@Kenny___Rose EoD = midnight. CoB (Close of Business) = 5pm. The abuse of the former birthed the need for the latter. Now we have a term that's far less ambiguous 👌🏾
Does a known cryptographic system exist which:
- Enables proving who voted
- Enables proving the result of the vote
- Doesn't prove who voted for what
- Doesn't let anyone prove who they voted for, even voluntarily by revealing a key or a calculation
