@cryptoady No loss setoff plus 1% TDS will force a lot of traders to stop day trading or to move to international exchanges & dex.

This will result in liquidity crises on Indian exchanges plus lower trading fee collection hence lower GST revenue for the GOI.

@cryptoady New Crypto tax policy will be applicable from 1st April 2022. Flat 30% tax (Rich or Poor), 1% TDS (July Onwards), No deductions, Loss cant be carried forward.
