@Pepperfry I hav been denied 4a refund as according to u I hav rcved my order. U dont even know how to track ur stuff? U only claimed u dont hav staff to deliver & I have not rcved anything. Now u wont process refund. Stop this scam n wasting my time RIGHT NOW! @AmbareeshMurty
@Pepperfry I live in the same country as yours, where E-commerce websites are delivering in green and orange zones. Order ID 306245684, I would rather buy from somewhere else so please don't make me wait further and process for a refund
It's confirmed @Pepperfry is a fraud company or else @AmbareeshMurty how can you allow the website to take orders and then share a regret mail saying due to COVID situation you cannot deliver. Give me my money back as I don't need your #badcustomerservice
@IndiGo6E@IndiGo6E Why is there never a prompt response? I need cashback and not the points that I have in my credit shell. It is unfair to block money like this and not revert back to queries. @DGCAIndia@PMOIndia
Grievances were received from air travellers regarding refund for flights cancelled because of the nationwide lockdown to combat COVID19. Advisories have been issued regarding refund for both domestic & international tickets booked for the flights suspended due to lockdown.

@IndiGo6E kindly refund back on original mode of payment and not through credit shell. In such situations it's not wise to lock in funds from people. @DGCAIndia
This makes me believe u dont want ur passngers to rebook travel plans at nxt best opportunity as u wouldnt provide fr refund. Indian gov, @WHO has asked to restrict travel plans unless urgent. Othr airlines supprt dis, but dissappointd to c u dont. @AirAsiaSupport@MoHFW_INDIA
Still do not have any response. Makes me question your priorities, are you here to make just profits or do you really care about humanity. @icao@WHO@IATA@ACIWorld@MoHFW_INDIA

COVID-19, a global outbreak scaling up each day:
@AirAsiaSupport we want to cancel our travel to Bali which has a layover in KL & Bangkok but are barely getting any refund. Cancellation can be exempted keeping the current scenario in mind.

@PremierAsia In the current situation of COVID-19 global outbreak, least you can do is waive off rigid cancellation policies. As per recent update on Indonesia, we want to cancel our stay with Benoa suites, Bali but are barely getting any refund. @WHO
