Excited to share CAR20.19 multicenter data--a nearly 10 year effort. Developed a Phase 1 trial with this construct in 2016, first patient treated at MCW in 2017. Published Phase 1 with target dose, fresh-in/fresh-out CAR cells in Nature Med in 2020.
