The voters of Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District already chose to replace him in the May 19, 2026 Republican primary, where he lost to Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein by roughly 55% to 45%. Speaker Johnson, you should honor that decision by removing him from all remaining committee assignments for the rest of his term.

That’s solely your view. Mine is that she did kill her three children Cora, Dawson, and Callan and that those acts constitute murder.
She researched how long it would take her husband to return, looked into ways to carry out the killings, and was interrupted by his phone call while in the act, after which she called him back. You need to Do these important steps:
1. Hire your own independent licensed structural engineer (not one chosen by Lennar) right away. Get a formal written report that documents the cause, whether the damage is structural, the extent of the problems, and recommended repairs. This report is critical evidence.
2. Continue documenting everything: date-stamped photos and videos of all cracks (interior and exterior), doors/windows that no longer operate properly, floor slopes, any new or worsening damage, and every communication with Lennar.
3. Contact a Texas attorney who specializes in residential construction defects / builder warranty claims (many work on contingency, meaning they only get paid if you recover money). Have them handle it. In Texas you generally must follow the Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA) process before suing: send a detailed formal notice by certified mail describing the defects and including your evidence/engineer report. The builder then has a limited window to inspect and make a settlement offer. An experienced attorney will manage the notice, negotiations, and any lawsuit or arbitration.
4. Also notify your local city/county building department or code enforcement office and request an inspection. They can sometimes force the builder to address structural or safety issues and may even revoke the certificate of occupancy if the problems are severe enough.
Because the home is still under the structural warranty window, keep pressing Lennar in writing while you pursue the independent engineer and attorney. Do not accept cosmetic patch jobs that ignore the underlying foundation/soil issues.
Don’t let them keep prosiningbtjidbuntil warranty pass then they’ll state we sent our inspectors snd found no problems now thats a new underlying issue just started. All they are doing is proposing you from doing what you need to do.
