Ray Elder’s crew members were all volunteer!
90% of them were farmers by day & worked in shop on car every evening.

RIP Timm Crabtree
Timm was Ray Elder’s 1 & only engine builder. He built all of Ray’s engines. He along with ALL other crew members VOLUNTEERED their time. They all had day jobs & worked on race car in the evenings. @DaleJr @NASCARHall @kylepetty
