🚨 Ditto responds to the reported $1M OTC incident.
According to the team, this was not a subnet exploit, wallet hack, or compromised cold storage.
The claim is that an escrow party was socially engineered into releasing funds before payment was received.
Cold keys remain secure.
Systems remain secure.
Now the real questions begin:
Who was the escrow?
Why wasn’t a trustless OTC solution used?
Can the funds be recovered?
This doesnt look like a protocol failure.
It looks like a very expensive lesson in OTC risk.
Centralized AI companies like @AnthropicAI are more vulnerable to government intervention.
Decentralized AI technology like $TAO @opentensor offers an alternative.
Bittensor provides open source, permissionless access to AI through a decentralized global network. Following the suspension of Anthropic's AI model, $TAO rallied sharply, climbing 30% in just 12 hours.

Bittensor Rallies ~17% on US AI Policy Shift
The U.S. just suspended foreign access to Anthropic’s most advanced models, Fable 5 and Mythos 5, citing national security concerns.
Anthropic had to disable the models for everyone to comply.
Investors are rotating into decentralized AI plays like Bittensor, which operate outside single-company or government control.
$TAO is up sharply as the market bets that restrictions on centralized frontier models will accelerate adoption of open, permissionless networks.
I often use multiple LLM's on a single peice of work to test outputs.
It's like asking multiple very smart people what they think about the input and if they have any thoughts/suggestions on how to improve it.
Now with Fusion on @heydittoai you can do it all in one chat.
Why go anywhere else?
The best teachers will be LLMs. The best feedback will be monetary. The best models will train competitively. The best AI company will be co-owned. The best software will be open source. And there is only one way to get all of it.
BITTENSOR RALLIES ON AI POLICY SHIFT
Bittensor $TAO jumped 17% as the U.S. moves to suspend foreign access to Anthropic’s Fable 5 and Mythos 5.
Investors see the restrictions as a boost for decentralized AI networks like Bittensor, which aren’t dependent on a single company or government approval.
AI agents are smart but crippled by amnesia.
Chat today, forget everything tomorrow.
Repeating the same instructions forever.
Ditto @heydittoai (Bittensor SN 118) supercharges them with a decentralized persistent memory layer.
No more blank restarts.
Agents now retain context, preferences, and knowledge across sessions, tools, and even different models (Claude, Codex, Hermes, etc.).
Built on Bittensor bittensor:native, miners compete to deliver the best memory retrieval.
AI agents get continuously smarter and useful over time.
Open-source + one-prompt MCP integration makes it plug-and-play.
This isn’t just memory. It’s the foundation of real agentic workflows.
@heydittoai is already live and shipping.
"The smart home for your agents."
Ditto will be locking 40,000 alpha into conviction.
For context, this is 100% of the alpha owned by the team.
Ditto is forever.
This is our conviction.
The creator economy has been stuck between two bad models:
Endless low-value content at scale.
Or selective brand deals that cut out most creators.
Bitcast is building a creator economy that empowers creators, made possible by Bittensor's decentralized incentive structure.
Ditto reached 1000 users!
+304 New users in the last 30 days alone.
Ditto MCP is the stand out feature but we expect more platform adoption with V2 Coming in July.
Just the start. Stay tuned.
$TAO Bittensor’s New Brain ⬇️⬇️
Why ConnitoAI’s Mixture-of-Experts Architecture Feels Like the Brain
Let’s cut through the noise.
Most people still think of AI models as one giant, dense brain that lights up everything every time. That’s inefficient and wrong. ConnitoAI (SN102) is building something far closer to how your actual brain operates — and that’s a very big deal.
The Brain Is a Natural Mixture-of-Experts System
Your brain doesn’t activate all 86 billion neurons for every task. That would burn massive energy and be incredibly slow. Instead:
• It has specialized modules (experts): vision cortex, language areas, motor control, memory systems, emotional centers, etc.
• A routing mechanism (prefrontal cortex + thalamus) decides in milliseconds which modules to activate based on the input.
• Only a small fraction of your brain is “on” at any moment — this is called sparse activation. The rest stays dormant to save energy.
Result? You can be an absolute expert in chess, surgery, or music without your entire brain being rewired every time. New skills strengthen specific circuits while preserving everything else.
This is exactly what a true Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model does.
How ConnitoAI Brings This to Life
In ConnitoAI’s decentralized setup:
• Individual experts (or shards of them) are trained locally by miners on affordable GPUs. One expert gets elite at math reasoning. Another at code. Another at legal analysis.
• The router learns over time which experts to call for which type of input — just like your brain.
• Thanks to their In-place ESFT breakthrough, they only load and update a tiny active portion (~20% of parameters, 21GB memory) while the rest sits quietly on CPU. Training is 4× faster with no loss in quality.
This mirrors biology beautifully: specialization without catastrophic forgetting. You don’t forget how to drive when you learn a new language — and ConnitoAI’s system is designed to avoid that classic AI pitfall.
Why This Architecture Wins Long-Term
Dense models try to be good at everything at once and hit diminishing returns fast.
MoE systems (especially decentralized ones) scale specialization elegantly. They’re:
• Far more efficient (lower cost, accessible hardware)
• More maintainable (update one expert without breaking the whole model)
• Better at continuous learning (add new domain knowledge over time)
This is precisely why ConnitoAI is positioned so strongly for the next phase of AI: vertical applications and agents that need deep, proprietary expertise rather than generic intelligence.
The market is still chasing “bigger is better.” Smart money is starting to realize that brain-like — sparse, modular, specialized, and efficient — is the real path forward.
ConnitoAI isn’t just building another subnet. They’re engineering the decentralized equivalent of biological intelligence.
That’s the quiet alpha most people are still missing.

My thoughts on Bittensor bittensor:native at current levels.
Current levels definitely giving me anxiety, but all of those holding crypto are likely in the same boat.
The price of bittensor:native has no impact nor does it change the overall thesis of Bittensor.
In the words of Const: “This is the future of work. All things that can be well-defined that we need to produce will be produced by agents using digital commodities. That engine is what we’ve built on Bittensor”
In DTao, people seemed to have rotated from subnets to root. Ok, fine. Be safe. Don't earn 30%+ APY on your alpha holdings. When that V-shaped recovery happens, you may miss on euphoric gains in subnets.
I'm having my own conviction tested down at these levels. That's how I know we must be close to a bottom. I staked my bittensor:native in subnets I truly believe in. Great products, great teams, doxed founders, active on social media, collecting revenue (or close to it), and signing partnerships left and right. These are all winners now, and they will be MASSIVE winners when the crypto gods decide its time for 📈
Just think about where Dtao was a year ago and where it is now. Its not even apples and oranges. Its like apples and lego blocks. So much has changed (in a good way). Subnets are producing and shipping at such a high level. Subnets are partnering with each other and learning from each other. This just levels up each and every subnet.
DTao is the way. Subnets are the beating heard of the ecosystem.
When others start to take notice (which is inevitable), the money will flow into DTAO at levels we can only imagine. This is why I'm positioned. This is a generational opportunity staring everyone in the face.
If you loved subnets at the $350 bittensor:native levels, then you should sure as heck LOVE them at the $190 levels.
Example: @hippius_subnet subnet 75
I remember MOG from the latest novelty search saying he is hiring a marketing team.
Just look at these numbers and compare them to the centralized competitors:
1TB of storage
Google cost: $8,000+ per month
Amazon cost: $12,000+ cost per month
HIPPIUS: $3 per month.
Most institutions and businesses have not yet heard of Hippius, but imagine when they do!!!
This is not an if, but a matter of when.
Position accordingly.
