@PhilMackey The fact that they never played McCarthy in Preseason shows they have way too much overconfidence in their ability to evaluate players during a half speed practice session. The only way you can get away with that is with a seasoned vet at QB.
@DomClare By spiking it on 3rd our only chance after that was another Minneapolis Miracle on 4th down. If we run a play on 3rd we have enough time to get down field and spike or run another play if you fail to convert. Brutal
@CharlieWaltonMN Dillingham will make any offense better on any team because he’s just a unique offensive talent. The fact that Conley who needs to rest more because he needs to be ready for the playoffs (coming off the bench) shows we have a stubborn coach much like a lot of coaches
@CharlieWaltonMN It’s super annoying for pro coaches to not play their best players simply because they’re rookies. Dillingham CLEARLY a unique talent. Reminds be when Adrian Peterson wasn’t our starting RB until he broke the NFL single game rushing record.
@HowlsAndGrowls_ @JVSwaps Dillingham is CLEARLY the type of guy the Wolves need playing this entire year. Elite ball handling PG, good distributer, gets buckets when our offense sputters. It’s been a case of a coach being stubborn to play the young guys
@podRetired@ShahbazMKhan 100%. He then fans are freaking out that we need to trade KAT ASAP to make sure we can resign Naz which we couldn’t keep both Naz and KAT financially
@DomClare If your QB is off good luck beating a motivated 15 win football team. Our O-Line isn’t as good as the Lions O-Line when running the ball. Unfortunately if we’re gonna win these games you NEED Darnold to carry
@CaiioTS@Vikeologist We get one yard on a run play when we’re within 10 yards of the red zone. Within 10 yards the only way to score is throwing a TD and Darnold missed those opportunities tonight.
