@Affinity At what point are you going to make the software work? Finally get past the crashing on load, make a design which when copying from 1 design to another adds random blocks. Then when you go to export you get these random blocks and in different positions each time you save.

@Leanne07Leanne @DisneyPlusUK when you go to cancel your subscription, make sure to go back into your account beforehand and remove your payment details. as soon as you dont have an active subscription they will not allow you back in to remove this or delete your account unless you pay them!

i begrudgingly enter this to be able to delete my account to then be forced to accept their terms (which i dont, but you cant remove your account unless you do) so accept and continue. get into my account, no options for payment information, but is a delete account option,

Disney are a joke if they believe they do not need to allow users access to their personal information or remove their account without an active subscription. This needs investigating and Disney forced to allow account access for ALL registered users.

finally get my password changed, but still unable to get into my account to remove my payment card and then request my account closure. the agent gives me a link to another disney website, i login.... it asks for missing personal information from my account before i can continue,

tell the system that i can have a OTP that will force a password change on login. this turns out to be a pain as he wants to know how i signed up (it came with my mobile phone contract) but apparently it wasnt, it was thrown in by my phone manufacturer which delayed this process

try and get me to use the forgotten password link on the login form! I explained there is no option for that, so he asked me to use the OTP option, i explain all this does is log me in and make me purchase a subscription. so we have to go through some extra security so he can

So i jump on the live chat, just under 1 hour later and i have my password changed, they confirmed they dont allow you into your account without a subscription, he then goes on to

to remove the card, as Disney believe its ok to block you getting to this important personal information unless you're paying them.
I logout and think most websites allow you to change your password from the login under a "forgotten password" link, no not Disney, they send you a

Just had an email to say someone in Prague logged into my account which i have not used for over 1 year. Looked at the logged in devices and yes it was there, removed this login and wanted to change my

password, but when you log into your account without an active subscription the only option is to start a new subscription, you can in no way access your account without subscribing. So this user in Prague could have started a new subscription with my saved card, as i have no way
