An immoral man like Elon Musk, who's enabled political evils & engaged in shady business practices, becoming the first trillionaire isn't a positive achievement.
It confirms the biases of socialists & gives them something to point to regarding the supposed "evils" of capitalism.

@PeterGordo92476@RockChartrand You must have missed the part where I agreed with you about the left and how I used the word "also" in terms of the right.
You're making a whole host of assumptions of things I never said or implied, so don't talk to me about strawmen.
@PeterGordo92476@RockChartrand None of what you said leads to Elon being a hero.
Everything you said before that is true, but it doesn't logically lead to a positive evaluation of him.
It also applies to the right, and Elon is part of that.
Virginia is voluntarily joining a greenhouse gas reduction network that will drive up energy costs.
People will blame data centers. They’ll be lying, but they’ll do it.
Hitting Iran’s nuclear and missile sites was the right move. This regime chants death to America, murders our troops, and attempts to assassinate Americans on U.S. soil. They believe they have an obligation to destroy us.
Now, we plan to unlock billions of dollars and lift sanctions, with the promise of even more money. They will use that money the way they always do— to further their nuclear ambitions and on terrorist proxies against us. It’s a huge mistake to pay to rebuild the threat we just destroyed.
Check out this song!
It's a trance-influenced symphonic power metal song about allowing a path to redemption for the redeemable.

For those of you who claim that this is all a bubble: does that mean you are shorting SpaceX, Nvidia, etc.? And if not, doesn’t that contradict your claim?
I sometimes hear people say in response that it’s too hard to short things you only expect to drop a couple of years hence, but you can do it with long term derivatives contracts. So why aren’t you all doing it?
My guess is it’s because talk is cheap.
@Neurofluoresce@trad_west_ Part of it probably is that they've had bad personal experiences with Christianity and nothing else. Another is that it's a byproduct of socialism and the anti Christianity angle is just downstream. It has nothing to do with atheism itself.
First twenty pages of my novel have been uploaded. Come read. It is a sci fi fantasy story about a group of trafficking survivors obtaining justice against those in power who abused them. There is a button to turn off the hard to read layout if you need to spare ye eyes.

America needs more data centers for three simple reasons:
✅They power the AI tools that will help workers, small businesses, doctors, researchers, and students do more.
✅They are essential infrastructure for economic strength, national security, and technological leadership.
✅They bring jobs, investment, and energy demand that can help rebuild American industry.
The AI future should be built in America.
